Rice Partners, LLC, was formed by Principal Broker Terry Rice in 2003 to provide tenant representation and landlord representation for the leasing and sales of commercial office and industrial properties in the Middle Tennessee area.  Prior to forming T. Rice Partners, Rice was responsible for managing the brokerage, development and property management operations of the Nashville office of Carter & Associates. 

T. Rice Partners placed in the top 15 Nashville area commercial real estate brokerage firms based on 2004 lease volume and will move into the top 10 for the 2005 Nashville Business Journal rankings.   Rice was named as one of the NBJ's 2005 "Heavy Hitters" in commercial real estate for the 5th year in a row.  Rice is a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and a Life Member of the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors Commercial Awards of Excellence.

Rice Partners was recently awarded the "Office Lease of the Year" award presented by the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as the third largest office lease transaction in 2005 as ranked by the Nashville Business Journal for broker Susan Hicks' work with Community Health Systems.
